Clean Brussels Sprouts Garlic

Hi Ladies,

Another Clean Recipe for you :)

Brussels Sprouts Garlic


12 Brussels sprouts, cut halve
3 tablespoons coconut oil
3 cloves garlic, smashed
parmesan cheese
salt and pepper


- Using medium heat, add smashed garlic and cook until lightly browned. Remove garlic and discard.

- Add brussels sprouts cut side down, cover, and cook without stirring on medium-low heat 7 minutes. When pierced with a knife, it tender but it still crunchy when you bite it.

- Remove from pan and top brussels sprouts with grated parmesan, salt and pepper.
