ACAI ATHLETE SMOOTHIE
1 frozen Bananas
1 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Acai Powder
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp Sunwarrior Classic Protein Powder
1 Cups Coconut Water
Drink it as mid-morning meal or mid-afternoon meal
