Clean Paella

Hi Ladies,

Another Clean Recipe :)


Coconut oil
2 cloves garlic
1 shallot
1 red chilli
1 tsp Mexican Chilli Powder
1/2 yellow capsicum
10 prawns
1 cup cooked black rice

Fry shallots, onion and garlic in coconut oil on low heat. Add chilli and Mexican Chilli Powder and continue to fry slowly. Add chopped capsicum. About 6 mins later add black rice and allow flavours to infuse by simmering slowly. Add prawns last, and cook through.
