Here is another clean recipe
Clean Prawn Pilau using 10 Grains
Ingredients:
3 tbsp Coconut oil
1 cloves garlic
1 large onion
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp curry powder
Few thyme sprigs
Salt & Ground Black pepper
10 prawns
2 cups cooked 10 grains
Method: Fry onion, spices, thyme and garlic in coconut oil on low heat for 3 minutes.
Add cooked 10 grains and allow flavours to infuse by simmering slowly. Add prawns last, and cook through.
The recipe is for 2 people.
