Once a month for few days when the 'moon' is coming, I will have bad mood day.
Everything feels wrong, my body specially my back and my stomach will feel uncomfortable.
My mood totally swing and I feel grumpy and get angry easily.
On that day if someone want to visit me and my children which means come to my house, I really need to have quick fix that works on my body. Do you know what is it?

After I drink it, my mood back to normal (but the pain still there) ... I can smile again and can entertain my guess without any mood swing.
I always opt tall size and without whip cream.
